About Nate

Nate began his real estate career in 2002 and has sold over 400 homes and more than $90 million in total sales volume. In 2011 Nate ranked in #18 in total transactions for Windermere Real Estate and #52 for the entire Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Nate brings a professional approach to residential real estate, backed by experience in Executive Management at start-ups and Fortune 500 Companies. He is a passionate entrepreneur and is always looking for new and better ways to improve his business and bring passion and energy to buying and selling real estate.
Nate is best known for his analytical approach to the business, strong negotiating skills, and extremely hard work ethic. He brings a broad base of knowledge about the Puget Sound area, having lived and worked in the local area for over 40 years. Early in his professional career he worked in the consumer products industry with Procter & Gamble and Playtex Corporation, where he learned how to sell and close deals. In 1991, Nate entered the medical device industry and started working with Sybron Dental Specialties in their orthodontic division, calling on all orthodontists from Portland to Vancouver BC. A year later, Nate won “Salesman of the Year” honors and shortly thereafter was promoted to their rapidly expanding International Division. By the age of 30, Nate had worked in 28 countries worldwide and found himself managing all of Asia including China, India, Indonesia and everything in between.
In 1997, Nate left Sybron Dental Specialties recognizing the incredible opportunities in technology and the Internet and started Go International Inc, which was one of the first companies to sell and distribute dental products online. Within a year, Nate merged that company into Oralis.com which he started with 3 other business partners in the basement of his Magnolia home. With a website and rapidly expanding sales, Nate helped raise $10 million dollars in Venture Capital and before long had over 80 employees working at their headquarters in South Lake Union and Fremont. In 2000, Oralis.com was sold to Verticalnet, a public company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange (VERT).
Today, Nate is leveraging his vast experience to deliver exceptional value and results for his clientele. He is passionate about the Real Estate industry and loves to help people with their all their real estate needs. He has broad experience in geographic areas around the Pacific NW having sold homes from Whidbey Island to Snohomish, the Snoqualmie Valley, Renton and West Seattle. Most of his sales though are in the core areas of Seattle, Bellevue and Kirkland. He also has experience in commercial sales and leasing having worked for Broderick Group.
